If you want to return the product, please get in touch with us within 30 days upon receiving the item at return@nothingphonecase.com. Just take a photo of the defected item, or wrong item sent to you and please attach them to your email with an explanation and we will do the rest.

We will issue to the original payment for returned items.

Please consider that all the shipping expenses for returning item/s remain the responsibility of the customer.

The returned product must not be used and should be sent to us in its original packaging.

Please write “RETURNED ITEM” on the packaging so that certain misunderstandings could be avoided.
